Another random soundcloud find. Couldn't find much information about this guy, my guess is he's a young kid from New Jersey (place your bets folks). Anyways, there are some good vibes to find in these tracks. I am a huge fan of ambient music and found some synergy here. I hear some traces of Blue Sky Black Death and Tycho's styles, which is a welcome thing considering they are some of my favorite artists. Mount Kimbie DJ mix October 2014

So far Mount Kimbie has done me no wrongs, with an amazing live show (complete with lots of live instruments) and a new release from Warp records (Cold Spring Fault Less Youth) these guys are still killin' it. I am always excited to see what they do next. All that said, this mix will make you dance, and also appreciate the high quality of tunes. Standouts for me are the Jonwayne, Actress and obviously Mount Kimbie tracks. This mix has great placement, and you can tell these guys know what their doing. So I was walking through a mystical forest and stumbled into this. No. Just kidding, I was on the internet and found this randomly. Well, I have been up on Philippe Edison for a few minutes and this did come up today, which is a good thing. These two have been on my radar ever since I heard "Pretty Thoughts". The team of Alina Baraz & Galimatias is a winning one. Smooth vocals with equally smooth production results in tunes that fit in with any mood. Whether you're trying to dance or chill, these songs will take you there. This is why I am so excited they are working on an EP that will be out soon, here is the first song, and let me say this, I am shaking in my space boots with anticipation:

Handbook is one of those artists that is like a gem mine, especially with the amount of quality, free releases he has under his belt.
